Sean is a consumer electronics veteran, with 15 years shipping embedded software at Microsoft, AT&T, Disney, and startups.
Sean is usually the first to breathe life into new hardware, and the guy who squeezes the last bit of performance from it. If he were a t-shirt it would be black and say, “Bare Metal.”
He loves writing bullet-proof code to power silky-smooth experiences. His engineering chops span operating systems, cell towers, mobile devices, game engines, and computer vision. Restless curiosity drives him to seek out and master the hardest technical challenges.
When he’s not researching wearables and machine learning, he likes to grab a camera and travel. Sean has photographed penguins in Antarctica. Often found snorkeling in Hawaii, his favorite fish is the Humuhumunukunukuapua’a.
